  • A képzési program és a kapcsolódó nemzetközi vizsgarendszer a tagállamok belső pénzügyi ellenőrzési (kontroll) rendszereinek harmonizálását célzó, magyar vezetésű EU-projektek (2005-2007, 2008-2010) keretében jöttek létre. Az Európai Unió Leonardo da Vinci Képzési Programja által támogatott projektek végcéljaként a Budapesti Gazdasági Főiskola koordinálása mellett az abban résztvevő nemzetközi konzorcium kialakította és aktualizálta az egységes belső pénzügyi kontrollrendszer referenciamodelljét, illetve annak auditálására alkalmas egységes felmérési módszertant: ehhez egyfelől képzési és szakirodalmi hátteret biztosít jelenleg is, másrészt a felkészítésen átesett gyakorlott és kezdő szakemberek számára európai oklevelet ad ki a European Certification and Qualification Association ausztriai székhelyű nemzetközi szervezeten keresztül. A lényegében „bolognai logikát” követő - immár az adott szakképzésre is kiterjedő - egységes képességfelmérő rendszer egyfelől szavatolja a szükséges szakismeretek elsajátításának azonos - nemzetközi - kritériumok szerint történő értékelését, másfelől pedig a felhasználó szakemberek számára azonos elveken nyugvó, átlátható ellenőrzési feltételrendszert teremt.

  • The key objective of this training programme is setting up a modular structure for assessment of internal controls over financial reporting, which is commonly applicable in each sector under related regulatory directives (like financial regulation of using EU, national and other public funds; Basel II for bank sector; SOX or EU Company Law for listed companies, etc.). This modular structure applies the ISO/IEC 15504 standard based evaluation method called Governance SPICE. The features of internal financial control processes and the Governance SPICE Assessment method can be acquired by taking the training course containing online and traditional learning elements. A modular certificate - issued by the European Certification and Qualification Association - can be achieved by passing online exam based on the integrated skill cards of "Governance SPICE Assessor" and "Internal Financial Control Assessor".
